New TIME option

Hello, could you add to SYSTEM/COMMANDS new option for timing?? I would like to use variables written in installation so it doesnt work before instalation, and after installation it's useless.....
It would be better if there would be option to use command before the installation (process) and after the user set the directory where to innstall.......
