I am not installing a program but merely a single file. I configured the Actual installer and it works quite well in doing this. There is one exception, however. I will need at times to have a user install in a root directory. However, if I choose let's say drive D from the browse during the installation, the installer places "D:" in the path. It, however, does not recognise "D:" as a folder and keeps prompting the user to choose a folder.
How can this be avoided?
Problem installing root directory
Re: Problem installing root directory
Thank you for your message.
This is a known bug, an we'll fix it in new releases of Actual Installer.
