ActualInstaller Functionality

Hi! We’re currently in the market for an installer for our legacy java application. The reason I call it “legacy” is not that it isn’t supported anymore. It’s because our app is built using a technology that is no longer supported. The client is built using a product called Versata that was discontinued several years ago. Thus, we are stuck at Java version 1.5 SR16. We’re looking for an installer that will:
1) Manage JRE 1.5 sr16 local to the application (structure as follows):
C:\Program Files (x86)\OurAppName
JRE1.5sr16
Application(Env1)
SomeJARFiles
SomePropertyFiles
ImagesFolder
ImagesFiles
InstallerFolder
InstallerFiles
Application(Env2)
SameStuffButForOtherEnvironment…
Application(Env3)
SameStuffButForYetAnotherEnvironment…
2) Be able to Update previous versions of the app without uninstall / reinstall by communicating to a website (on our server) via https and verifying what has changed, downloading those things that have changed, and updating the client
3) Be able to uninstall old client and install new client on windows machine (Windows XP, 7, or 10)
Does ActualInstaller support all of this functionality? Thanks - Eric
