Subdirectories not Created

Hi!
The <source folder> has 5 sub directories (Backup, Data, Help, img, wav).
However, only 3 are created during the installation: Data, img, wav.
This happens when I install on any drive, any directory. Even changing the name of the missing sub-directories does not help.
In the install program:
- no Additional Files are defined
- it runs with admin privileges
- no custom is defined in Finish
Environment:
- Windows 7 Pro, 64 bit
- Actual Installer 5.0
