Hi,

I have followed the steps as discussed in:

but on one of the windows 7 machine my application was not running in 'admin mode' which causes problems in running of the application.

What registry settings do you use in the Actual Installer project.
And what is the full path to the file you wish to run as admin?

Hi,

I am using the follwoing key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\AppCompatFlags\Layers
ValueName: <InstallDir>\myapp.exe
Value Type: REG_SZ
ValueData: RUNASADMIN

The path would be:
c:\program files\companydir\myapp.exe
