I need that the software will update EXE files and DLL's client without changing its data files.
And therefore I need to set EXE files and DLL always be replaced, but the rest of the files do not replace if they already exist.

I solved this problem by adding all EXE & DLL Files and select "If file exist - Overwrite"
Indeed, software installation slightly larger, but not terrible.
Is there another way?

my program has only 14mb.

Use the option "If file exist". Set it to "Overwrite" for EXE files, for others set to "Skip".

The problem is that the main executable file is already installs with each folder.
And the folder is set to not install if the file already exists.
And I have the main executable file overwrite the existing file.

I just set the Source Folder and Main Executable to nul (Blank) and then just list the files I want to update in the Additional Files tab. Very easy to do and works great.
