Uninstaller question

Actual Installer does a great job of installing my program and starting a service. The uninstaller is not so great. I created a batch file to stop and delete the service and load it into the <InstallDir> with everything else. The uninstaller deletes everything except the service program so there is no batch file to run to delete the service. How can I get the batch file to run first or put it somewhere else so it can run after a reboot? It needs to run with Administrator rights.
