ACTUAL INSTALLER

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT, TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Trial Version

Actual Installer ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT") is not freeware. You may use SOFTWARE PRODUCT for evaluation purposes only for a trial period of 30 days. After this trial period, you must either purchase a license ("LICENSED VERSION") to continue to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT or delete the SOFTWARE PRODUCT from your computer.

You are hereby allowed to make any number of backup copies of the trial version of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and its documentation. You may give a copy of the trial version of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT to anyone, providing that no additional fee is charged and the package files remain unmodified.

Licensed Version

You may not distribute, rent, lease, lend, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the LICENSED VERSION, or any subset of the LICENSED VERSION, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

Single Developer License

The user is granted a non-exclusive license to use the LICENSED VERSION of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on one computer, for any legal purpose.

Company License

The company is granted a non-exclusive license to use the LICENSED VERSION of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on an unlimited number of computers at a single company location, for any legal purpose.

Common Provisions

You may distribute the setup programs created with the LICENSED VERSION as you wish, without further payment of royalties for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

You may not alter the SOFTWARE PRODUCT in any way, including its help and text files.

ACTUAL INSTALLER IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. SOFTEZA DEVELOPMENT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

Installing and using SOFTWARE PRODUCT denotes the acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license. If you do not agree with the terms of this license, you must remove SOFTWARE PRODUCT files from your storage devices and cease to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
