Access Denied When Updating App

I am using the Actual Installer Pro version which opens up the extra options under the Updater Tab of the installer.
In the Advanced option, I have selected Use Downloader which is more convenient as it automatically downloads the update
Issue:
If the user has my app open, the Installer throw an Access denied error because it cannot copy the New exe because its already open.
Is it possible to make the Installer close the file it its open because this Access denied Error could be confusing for someone
