I added a fifth command to the installation and it is now getting the error when I run it,

"List index out of bounds (4)

The only differences between the two versions (see attachment) is the fifth command that I added.

When does this error appear?
please send a screenshot of this error message.

It happens before the installer shows the Welcome screen.
