Custom Icon for new file types

Hello

How do i add a custom icon for supporting file types in my program for example: File type is .lix and i want to use icon file : file.ico
can you give me a step by step guide.

Hello Mike,
1. Add your program's files and "file.ico" to package (on page "Installation-Files and Folder" or "Additional Files").
2. Go to "Register-Extensions" and click Add:

Code: Select all

Extension: lix
Associated File: click Browse and select the main executable of your program.
Description: <AppName>
Icon File: click Browse and select "file.ico".
Icon Index: 0
