Actual Installer Version 9.7 will not download

I've tried about 6 times to update my software to 9.7. I downloads about 1/2 then go's into error. I running Windows 11 current build, Firefox current build. I've added actualinstaller.com to exceptions and tried also turning off and back on my pcmatic software.. still can't download ??
