Windows 7 program compatibility assistant

Sometimes (not all the time), I get this message

after testing our installation files in Windows 7. Is there anything I can do to prevent this?

It's a Windows 7 specification.
This message appears when:
1. setup program has been started and then canceled.
2. setup program doesn't create an Uninstall entry in Registry.
