VB5 app and old InstallShield and Windows 7

We have an application written in Visual Basic 5. It is installed using an ancient version of Install Shield Express 2 circa 1997. We are having problems with Windows 7. (On Vista and all previous Windows versions the app installs fine. ) Win 7 should run the VB5 app, but I guess it has problems with the old Install Shield installer. Can we use ActualInstaller to install a VB5 app and have it install OK on Windows 7? And, will it also install without changes on XP and Vista?

Yes, Actual Installer supports Windows 7. And setup programs will work fine on XP and Vista also.
