Silent install without any UI

I read there is a setting to set Silent install on the main dialog, but I can't find it.
I'm running v7.2
My customer is requesting an install without prompts/UI.

Please look at the Interface \ Main dialog, then select "Silent" in the Setup Theme option.

Ahhh...Interface / Main / Setup Theme => Silent
