Doesn't my text.txt files init to registry

Hello there,
I am new in this forum, yesterday i purchase an Actual Installer, I tried already that software and it very great and good looking template style.
I just visited this forum and trying to understand some feature inside at the article.
I have small project, that the project need 2 files txt format, as default when I added it 2 file into an installation is working fine, the files is sit C: Program
Files\Company\project.exe and 2 files.
I have some question, according the registry :
1). As well the project.exe will run, if those 2 files is inside the project.exe, because the project.exe will read and check those 2 files.
2). I tried already into project.exe folder, i do hidden it 2 files but it doesn't working, except that 2 files is no hidden.
3). Could I, added those 2 files txt format to a registry, and inside C: Program Files\Company\project.exe and 2 files, these 2 files will be remove or hidden, and the
Project.exe still can run, if yes ... what can I should do ?.
