I see that the shortcut is located in your OneDrive's desktop folder.
Can you check it.
The usual Desktop location is in user's AppData folder.

Try to use two variables:
1st: name it as e.g. <Var1>
specify the GETMAXREGKEY value for it.
2nd: name it <QueryCustom>
Set empty for Reg Key and Reg Val.
In the Default Value specify the 1st variable name <Var1>
